Sodium Intake

A Dieting Tip: Watch your sodium intake.

Try not to eat foods that are too high in sodium unless you are prepared to double up on your water intake to help flush the extra bloat out of your system.

Oh, I can SOOOO relate to sodium. Salt is evil for me. Example...I LOVE soups...well, most soups have TONS of sodium in them. I'm also doing Weight Watchers. I weigh-in on Saturdays. Well, I've made it a RULE that I CANNOT eat soup any later than Tuesday night...no matter HOW MUCH water I drink...and I like water.
We VERY RARELY cook with salt. Now, pepper on the other hand...you can NEVER have too much pepper....LOL

Another way to help "flush the system," steamed veggies and add a little tuna. It works. Got this tip from my WW leader. :)
