Happy Valentines Day!

I enjoyed a day of smiles for Valentines Day. :)

The day started out by giving my boyfriend, Rob, a handmade card that I created for Valentines Day (I hope he liked it!). I used the CTMH "That's Amore" L2 Paper Packet with some machine stitching & some random embellishments including ribbons, medley accents, buttons, brads, & more!

Next, my girls, Rob, & I went out to lunch with my parents for my youngest daughters 11th birthday...EEK! ~ My baby turns 11 in just 2 days! OY!! :( ...We went to Chevy's (her choice) & let the employees sing to her so that she could get the free ice cream & sombrero! LOL! Silly kid! :o)

Later, Rob & I crashed out on the couch for a 20-30 minute nap...just couldn't help it! It was just one of those lazy, relaxing type of days...lol. :) Then, Rob left for a bit & came back to surprise me with a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers (orchids, roses, tulips, etc), a card, & a game to play with the family. How sweet is that?! :) I am truly blessed to have found someone so sweet to share special days like Valentines Day with... someone that likes to hold my hand in public, someone that likes to do little things for me because he has the urge to, someone that enjoys hanging out with my family... & someone that just enjoys sitting on the couch content together while we watch tv. ...Like I said, I had a very good day. :)

A beautiful bouquet...

I woke up this morning with a smile on my face because today is my special day - Yes, its my Birthday, Yay! It's so nice to be 21 again~ LOL! ;)

I wanted to be sure to post a picture of the beautiful bouquet of pink roses I received in the mail yesterday from a good friend of mine that I've known for many years. With the warm weather we had yesterday the flowers opened up nicely by mid evening and look gorgeous in the vase I put them in.

Thank you so much, Troy, for the beautiful flowers. I love pink! What an unexpected surprise! :)

A bouquet of surprises!

Aaron came home from work today and gave me flowers. He said he had such a wonderful time this past weekend just hanging out and doing all of our favorite things like going out for Sushi and Cupcakes, going to the movies, going out to dinner, and everything in between that he decided to surprise me with a little goodie to brighten my day. So beautiful! :)
